Refund policy

 

We hope that you are delighted with your order but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us.

We have tried to answer all your questions below, but if there is something else please email us at sales@www.margoandplum.co.uk or call us on 0115 8800059  our customer service team are available Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

What happens if I want to return an item purchased online?

Simply return the item(s) to us in one piece and in new condition with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund (less the collection costs if applicable). Refunds may take up to 14 days to arrive into your account especially during busy periods and depending on which bank you use.  When making a return please pack your item with care, be aware that all items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which means being unused and with ALL the original packaging completely intact, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If the item is not packaged correctly and has been damaged in transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. Please refrain from writing on the exterior of any product boxes.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item.

Returns are charged at postage costs for standard items.

For furniture, or larger items please contact us at sales@margoandplum.co.uk and we will arrange for this to be collected on your behalf.

Please ensure that you have not used these items other than to place them in your chosen place to ensure they are still in new condition .

For Furniture and large items, most of which will require a courier both delivery and returns costs will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, returns can be made in person to our Nottingham Warehouse at 6 Winterbeck Industrial Estate, Orston Lane, Bottesford NG13 0AU.

This service is only available for UK mainland customers.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you item arrives damaged, please accept our apologies but this does occasionally happen.  Please contact us at sales@margoandplum.com within 48 hours of receiving your damaged delivery. Remember to include your name and order number with a photo of the damaged item, and let us know if you require a replacement or a refund.
NB Please do not return damaged items unless specifically requested by us, as we are unable to refund any return costs.

Items made to order

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items which are made to order or personalised as they have been made specifically for you.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please check your order carefully on receiving. If your order arrives and it is incomplete or damaged please contact us within 7 working days so we may resolve this issue, we will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items after this date.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled once placed providing you contact us before they have been despatched. Either call us on 0115 880 0059  (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm) or email us at sales@margoandplum.com
